We are looking for ten teams for the beta
Storming is in development and the beta starts later in 2026. We are looking for teams who want to start early and tell us what works in everyday use and what doesn’t.
It suits teams of five to fifteen people with a lead who knows everyone’s work first-hand. The pilot is most useful when there is a concrete reason, such as a team after a reorganisation or a working relationship that has been difficult for months.
Pricing
We charge per team
The price does not depend on how many people on the team take part or how many questionnaires are completed. That way nobody has a financial reason to push colleagues into taking part.
We will publish prices here once they are set. The data protection features are part of every plan, the pilot included: audit log, export and deletion, sharing settings, and the privacy screen that covers the display when you step away.

Guided start
We set up your team and walk you through the questionnaires. If you like, we join the first team conversation about the culture map.
Direct line
Your feedback goes straight to the people building Storming. If something doesn’t work in the beta, we talk it through with you directly.
Influence on the rules
What you learn about which agreements hold up in daily work feeds into revising the pair rules.
Material for HR
You receive the data processing agreement, the technical and organisational measures and the deletion concept before you start, so HR and data protection can review them.
Pilot pricing
Storming is free during the beta. Afterwards you decide whether to continue; nothing renews automatically.
Clean exit
After the beta your team’s data is deleted unless you explicitly want to keep working with it. Before that, you get a full export on request, whether or not you continue.
Before you start
Please agree the introduction with HR and your data protection officer beforehand. That is your company’s responsibility. We provide the documents for it and are happy to answer questions from HR or data protection directly.
